"I have just returned home from watching us win the Ashes. I went to the Brisbane and Adelaide tests with Howzat Travel on my own and such was the superb organisation (as it was when I did the ICC Twenty20 win in 2010) that I just had to go back. Howzat incredibly came up with six places for my family and friends to make the Melbourne and Sydney tests. The weather was a huge concern, but Steve kept me updated almost by the hour. On arrival we were treated like returning heroes by Ian and it was superb to again witness history with Howzat Travel. With the pre-Christmas travel chaos due to inclement weather in the UK, I was decidedly concerned, but the staff in the UK kept us all informed as to what was happening and what would happen should the flight not take off. The accommodation was very good, at the Clarion Suites in Melbourne, and the Rydges World Square, both within 30 minutes walk of the respective grounds... After five absorbing and tense days at the Test Match, we flew to Jo'burg and a self drive trip for a six-night stay in Kruger Park. We drove ourselves round the park and most of us saw the 'Big Five'! We stayed within the park and all thought that Oliphants Camp was fantastic. Having never heard of 'Howzat Travel' or been on a cricket tour we were apprehensive to say the least! All our fears were unfounded, what a great time we had in New Zealand. Your director/tour guide, Mr. Ian Kerr, could not do enough for the group and all the accommodation, travel and seats at the test matches were all first class. We particularly needed special seats on the plane and this was arranged by Mr. Kerr.
The ages of our group could not have been different, from mid 20's to mid 80's!, but facilities and entertainment were ideal for all. Although some trips were arranged for us we had the freedom to do anything or join in with others as and when we wanted.

"Both Alice and I wanted to say what an absolutely fantastic time we had in Sri Lanka; it really was the holiday of a lifetime.
The hotels that were provided for us were of a far superior standard than we could have hoped for and the initial welcome meal upon arriving in Colombo really was a genuine touch of class.
In fact, the entire trip was coordinated with great expertise and it was obvious that an awful lot of behind-the-scenes effort had gone into ensuring that your customers received the very best that Sri Lanka had to offer in respect of both the hotels and the many varied organised excursions.
Regarding the cricket itself, again, we couldn't see where any other tour operator had access to obtaining better - and equally, more comfortable - viewing seats for both the Colombo or Galle stadiums either.

The excursions were excellent. Particularly the elephant orphanage which was out of this world and “Lion Rock” with the spiral stairway was an experience in itself on the day. It was great that you and I made it to the very top.

We found the tour very well organised the first day we contacted Howzat Travel until we completed the trip at Heathrow, the accommodation was fine and the excursions were well planned and delivered by Akther and the team.
