Tour terms and conditions

Step 2. Complete your booking form, ensuring that you complete your details accurately and select any additional options you require

Single supplement charges

• Tour 1 - The ‘Long Off Wanderer’ + £1,200
• Tour 2 - The ‘Rhino Two Oceans’ + £500
• Tour 3 - The ‘Two Oceans’ + £400
• Tour 4 - The ‘Two Oceans Traveller’ + £600
• Tour 5 - The ‘Springbok Traveller’ + £800
• Tour 6 - The ‘Newlands New Year’ + £300
• Tour 7 - The ‘Newlands New Year Plus’ + £350
• Tour 8 - The ‘One Day Wanderer’ + £500

Match Tickets

• ODI matches: £30 each (except Cape Town £70 and Durban £45)
• Pretoria Test - 5 day pass (Main Grandstand) : £50
• Durban Test: - 5 day pass (Umgeni Stand) : £145
• Cape Town Test - 5 day pass (President's Pavilion) : £160
• Johannesburg Test - 5 day pass (Unity Pavilion) : £50

Please ensure you specify on your booking form that you would like us to obtain tickets on your behalf. See our ticket policy page for more details.

Cape Town sightseeing options

• Robben Island & Table Mountain (Full day) - £50
• Cape Point (Full day) - £30
• Robben Island only (Half day) - £30
• Table Mountain only (Half day) - £30

Please note that you will be invoiced separately for the cost of Cape Town sightseeing options. Please ensure you specify on your booking form, which sightseeing options you would like to book and on which date. All excursions are subject to obtaining minimum numbers. If you have paid and a sightseeing tour does not go ahead, you will be provided with a full refund.

Step 3. Decide on your payment option

Option 1 - Cheque

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to Howzat Travel Limited. We will require the deposit cheque with your completed booking form and photocopy of your passport. Further cheque payments will be required as follows:

• Second payment of 30% of the total tour cost per person - by 17th July 2009
• Final balance payment - by 1st September 2009

You will receive details of your second and third payment amounts with your ATOL confirmation invoice. Please note, any unpaid cheques will be subject a £20 administration charge.

Option 2 - Bank transfer

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please email or call us to ask for our bank transfer details. We will require the deposit to secure the booking. Further bank transfer payments will be required as follows:

• Second payment of 30% of the total tour cost per person - by 17th July 2009
• Final balance payment - by 1st September 2009

You will receive details of your second and third payment amounts with your ATOL confirmation invoice.

Option 3 - Paypal (Credit & debit cards accepted)

If you prefer to pay by PayPal, payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. Please let us know if you are planning to use PayPal so we can look out for your payment. Paying by PayPal means that you can pay by any credit or debit card and that your transaction is protected by PayPal. When you are logged into your PayPal account, please send payments to bookings@howzattravel.co.uk , ensuring that you add the additional 2.5% charge.

We will require the deposit (+2.5%) to secure the booking. Further PayPal payments will be required as follows:

• Second payment of 30% (+2.5%) of the total tour cost per person - by 17th July 2009
• Final balance payment (+2.5%) - by 1st September 2009

You will receive details of your second and third payment amounts with your ATOL confirmation invoice.

Option 4 - Standing Order

If you prefer to spread your payments over seven monthly instalments, we can offer this service at an additional 10% surcharge on your total tour cost. Please call us on 01664 410658 if you wish to explore this option.

Step 4. Send us your completed booking form and a photocopy of your passport

Please send your completed booking form, deposit payment (if paying by cheque) and a photocopy of your passport to:

Alternatively, if you have paid your deposit by bank transfer or PayPal, you can email us your scanned, completed booking form and passport to bookings@howzattravel.co.uk.

The air holiday packages shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 9498.
