If you are a single traveller and are happy to share a room to avoid paying the single supplement charge, there is a very good chance we can pair you up with another traveller. Please let us know if you wish to explore this option - the sooner we know, the better chance we have of finding you a room sharer.
Step 2. Decide on your payment option
Deposit required at time of booking is £1,000 per person*
*If your tour package includes upgraded flights, your non-refundable deposit will increase accordingly.
Option 1 - Cheque
If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to 'Howzat Travel Limited'. We will require a deposit cheque along with your completed booking form and photocopy of your passport. You will receive details of your outstanding balance on your ATOL Confirmation Invoice.
Please note, any unpaid cheques will be subject to a £20 administration charge.
Option 2 - Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please email or call us to request our bank account details. We will require a deposit to secure the booking, and your completed booking form and passport photocopy/scan to follow in the post, or scanned and sent by email. You will receive details of your outstanding balance on your ATOL Confirmation Invoice.
Option 3 - Debit or credit card
If you prefer to pay by debit or credit card, please call us on 01664 820468 with your card details. Please note that credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge. We will require a deposit to secure your booking, and your completed booking form and passport photocopy/scan to follow in the post, or scanned and sent by email. You will receive details of your outstanding balance on your ATOL Confirmation Invoice.
Step 3. Send us your completed booking form and passport copy
Please send your completed booking form, deposit payment (if paying by cheque) and a photocopy of your passport to:

Alternatively, you can email us your scanned, completed booking form and passport to email@example.com.
We will confirm your booking by return of ATOL Confirmation Invoice.

When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
